melt choc and butter in bain marie with golden syrup
Step 2
crush biscuits add fruit and nuts broken into bits. Add choc mixture to the above, combine well and pour into loaf tin lined with baking paper or clingfilm. Press down well to remove any air pockets. Put in a cool place and then in fridge for at least 12 hours before cutting into slices. Keep in fridge for duration
