Instructions

Step 1
Mix together all stuffing ingredients and set aside
Step 2
Open the grape leaves jars and rinse them well and set aside
Step 3
Prepare pot that will be used to cook the grape leaves by coating the bottom with olive oil then place sliced potatoes, tomatoes and garlic buds on the bottom
Step 4
Start rolling grape leaves with about a tablespoon of stuffing per leaf (larger leaves get more and smaller get less). The method of rolling is like mini burritos
Step 5
Assemble the rolled grape leaves in instapot or regular pot that will be used to cook them (the pot that was lined with the olive oil and potatoes and tomatoes and garlic)
Step 6
Once full, add the sauce ingredients. If cooking in instant pot, set it to pressure cook on high for 30 minutes.
Step 7
If cooking in a regular pot, cook for one hour and add more liquid (water with salt or chicken broth) to the pot as some of the liquid evaporates.
Step 8
Once done, flip the pot onto a large serving bowl or plate and squeeze the juice of one or two lemons over it.
