Instructions
Step 1
Cream sugar & eggs till light and fluffy. Sift dry ingredients & add to egg mixture. Mix oil and water and add to flour and egg and fold in till thoroughly incorporated. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake in preheated 180°C convection oven. Cool before icing.
For the Butter cream icing
Step 2
Cream 500g icing sugar with 150g white margerine adding 50g water or milk till light and fluffy. Pipe cup cakes with nozzle icing tubes or as desired.
