Instructions

Step 1
- Heat oven to 200/gas 6

- Mix passata with the oil, teaspoon salt, chopped garlic, lentils, grated squash, olives, capers and lemon zest
Step 3
- Spoon a quarter of the sauce into an ovenproof dish roughly 20cm x 30cm, tear over a third of one of the mozzarella, then cover with lasagne sheets. repeat for another two layers

- Finish with another layer of of sauce, a whole mozzarella ball, salt, pepper, basil and drizzle with a little olive oil

- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown
