Instructions
Step 1
Line a tray with baking paper or a silicon sheet
Step 2
Add the sugar and syrup to a large pan and stir until the sugar has melted
Step 3
Once the sugar has melted turn up the heat and stir until it is a deep golden colour. This will not take long.
Step 4
Take off the heat add add the bicarbonate of soda. Keep stirring, it will rise and foam up.
Step 5
Tip the mixture onto the lines tray and allow to cook completely.
Step 6
Once cool break apart and enjoy.
