Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 170 c fan. In mixer bowl, add sugar and cream and whisk to make whipped cream. Add eggs and vanilla, fold in gently. Add sifted flour to cream, fold in in 3 batches. Add 1 cup blueberries.
Step 2
In greased baking pan, add 1/4 cup blueberries. Top with cake mixture. Bake 40 minutes, or until done.
Step 3
Combine lemon zest, juice and powdered sugar to make a glaze.
