Instructions
Step 1
Dice onion and sautee in butter until tender.
Step 2
Add ground beef and sausage and brown
Drain and return to pan on low heat.
Step 3
Soften cream cheese in a bowl with spoon or fork, then mix/melt in with meat and onions.
Step 4
Once cream cheese is melted and mixture is creamy, add can of cream of mushroom and stir until blended thoroughly.
Step 5
Repeat with sour cream and then stir in milk.
Step 6
Add rotel (I dump the whole can without draining the juice because you lose some of the spice if you drain)
Step 7
Finally, cube the Velveeta and melt into mixture slowly over low heat.
