1 teaspooncinnamon

½ teaspoonground cloves

½ teaspoonsalt

⅓ cupoil

1 tablespoonvinegar

1 cupwater
Caramel frosting
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Mix flour, sugar, cornstarch, baking soda, all spice, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
Step 3
Add oil, vinegar, and water
Step 4
Mix with fork. Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Caramel Frosting
Step 5
In small saucepan melt butter. Then add brown sugar. Stir over low heat for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Add milk. Bring to a boil.
Step 7
Remove from heat. Let cool. Mix in powdered sugar
