Ken's Buffalo Sauce

Just your basic Buffalo sauce. My way. You can use Frank's Red Hot Wings Buffalo, but you will want to add more cayenne.

Instructions

Step 1
Melt the butter to a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Once the butter is nearly melted, stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika and cayenne pepper (optional). Bring to a gentle simmer to cook raw garlic (do not boil), stirring often.
Step 2
Remove from heat and season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
Step 3
Gently stir before serving over wings.
