In a bowl, add flour, egg, baking powder, butterscotch, sugar and milk and mix for 5 seconds.

Add your ice cream and mix

Add you melted butter and mix

Step 4

Pour into a ramekin or into a tiny baking pan and bake in a preheated over at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean

Top it up with your chocolate ice cream
