Instructions
Step 1
Line the cling film in your working surface.
Step 2
Carefully unroll 8 seafood sticks and line them on the cling film in two rows, 4 in a row, close to each other to get one sheet.
Step 3
Trim the edges of the cucumber and use the vegetable peeler to peel them into long strips. Continue until you reach the seeds, then flip over and repeat.
Step 4
Pat dry the strips very well, then assemble them on top of the unrolled seafood stick, by overlapping to create a sheet.
Step 5
Pat dry again, then spread the cream cheese all over the cucumber sheet, Season with salt, and pepper, and sprinkle chopped chives( you can use any seasoning you like)
Step 6
Top with the grated eggs.
Step 7
Shred the remaining 2 seafood sticks and place them in a line near the long edge.
Step 8
Then roll it up very tightly.
Step 9
Cover with the cling film and let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 10
When ready, cut into 12 equal pieces, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce.
