Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 2
Beat cream cheese until fluffy
Step 3
Gradually beat in Splenda and dash of salt
Step 4
Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Beat until smooth.
Step 5
Add almond extract, beat again
Step 6
Pour into 9" glass pie plate
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 25 min. Remove from oven and let cool for 20 min. Leave oven on.

Topping

Step 8
Beat together the cup of sour cream and the vanilla extract and 3 packages of Splenda.
Step 9
Pour over top of cooled cake spreading nearly to edges.
Step 10
Put cake back in over for 10 minutes longer and sprinkle with almond slices.
