Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 8x13 baking dish with butter or crisco. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and Splenda. Add in the eggs and vanilla until smooth. Add the flour, almond flour, baking powder, salt, and protein powder. Stir until well incorporated. Add almond milk as needed until batter is smooth and not thick. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth out. Place in the oven to bake for 30 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Allow the blondies to cool completely, then cut into squares.
