Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the broiler to the highest setting a line a small tray with tin foil
Step 2
Place 2 naans on the try and stick them in the broiler for 1 - 2 minutes to crisp
Step 3
Pull out and spread 1 tbsp of harissa on the top of each naan.
Step 4
Dollop 50g of ricotta over each and cover with half of the shredded mozzarella.
Step 5
Broil for 5 - 7 minutes, until the mozzarella melts and becomes golden in places.
Step 6
Cut the naans into 4 pieces and sever
