Garlic Nutter Spread
Use this delicious and healthful condiment to season cooked vegetable dishes and add extra flavor to soups and sauces. It also makes a great spread for vegetable-stuffed pita sandwiches.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Roast garlic in a small baking dish for about 25 minutes or until soft. When cool, remove and discard skins.
Step 2
Combine garlic, cashews, hemp seeds, nutritional yeast and 1/3 cup of the water in a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth. Add additional water as needed to adjust consistency
Step 3
Use to season cooked vegetables or add extra flavor to soups and sauces. Spread it on a wrap or pita sandwich. Make a salad dressing by adding tomato sauce, vinegar and some basil.
