The sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 180 deg and bake marinated chicken and cauliflower til cooked and browned. Mix around a couple of time - could take up to half an hour.
Step 2
Mix together sauce ingredients - mix in wth chicken when cooked and serve hot or room temp. Can be served with rice or without (keto).
Step 3
Serve with cranberries and almonds to garnish.
