Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350F
Step 2
Start with your brownie batter. Add all into a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined.
Step 3
Spray your 9x9 brownie pan with oil spray of choice or butter. You can also use a 8x8 pan.
Step 4
Add batter into the pan and reserve about 1/2 a cup of the brownie batter in a small bowl.
Step 5
Now, let’s make your cheesecake batter. Make sure that your cream cheese is room temperature to avoid any clumps! Beat your cream cheese for a few minutes until creamed.
Step 6
Add sweetener, vanilla, eggs and salt and beat until smooth. Add on top of your brownie mixture.
Step 7
Dollop or spoon your brownie mixture on top of your cheesecake. Then use a knife or toothpick to swirl.
Step 8
Bake your cheesecake brownies at 350F for 10 minutes then reduce oven temperature to 325F and bake another 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
