Blackberry & Cinnamon Mini Loaves

Such a simple and easy bake, and perfect for autumn! 🍁 I used frozen blackberries but you could mix it up depending on your preference! SAVE this for later and follow @alicelovesbreakfast for more like this! 🤗

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180oc

2. Line your tin if necessary (I used a silicone tray)

3. Add the flour, butter and brown sugar and rub together with your fingers to make fine crumbs
Step 4
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and stir in the baking powder, cinnamon and berries, and then add in your flour, butter and brown sugar
Step 5
5. Mix together well and then add to your cake tray
Step 6
6. Cook in the oven for 18-22 minutes if making mini loaves, or 45-50 minutes if making a larger cake. When cooked the cake will feel firm but test with a skewer
Step 7
7. Leave in the tin / tray until cooled and then remove, place onto a wire rack and top with icing 👩🏻‍🍳
