Instructions

Step 1
Combine yeast, water, coconut sugar, flour, oil, and sea salt, and stir until smooth by hand or with hand mixer.
Step 2
If using wild yeast, let it raise for 6-8 hours.
Step 3
Put dough on lightly floured surface and roll into one or as many rounds as you'd like.
Step 4
Bake 15 to 20 min at 450°.
Step 5
Cook shorter time if cooking smaller rounds.
Step 6
Layer with sauce, cheese, and toppings of choice.
Step 7
Bake until cheese is melted and toppings are warm.
