Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar.
Step 2
Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, almond and salt and mix in.
Step 3
Add 3 cups flours, one cup at a time. Mix in add rest of flour and mix. You know it's ready when dough doesn't stick to bowl.
Step 4
Roll out dough between two sheets parchment paper 3/8 inch thick
Step 5
Cut out cookies and chill in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes in freezer or 20 to 30 minutes in refrigerator, Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
