4 cupsflour
6 tablespoonsunsalted butter
melted
1 cupmilk
warm
1egg
½ cupsugar
2 teaspoonsyeast
½ teaspoonsalt
2 stickunsalted butter

3 tablespoonscinnamon

room temperature
8 ozscream cheese
room temperature
2 cupspowder sugar
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
2 tablespoonsheavy cream
Instructions
Step 1
1-In a mixing bowl mix together milk, sugar, yeast, salt, egg and give it quick mix then add the flour and melted butter turn on the mixer and mix for 3 to 4 minutes until the dough forms.
Step 2
2-cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour or until it doubles in size.
Step 3
3-for the fill mix together the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Step 4
4-After the dough has rested, roll out the dough on a floured surface if too sticky, spread the filling on top, then roll it up tightly, cut then put it in a tray lined with parchment paper. Cover again and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
Step 5
5-put them into the oven at 375° for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Step 6
6-Once they are in the oven make the cream cheese frosting by mixing together the butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract And mix for about a minute, then add in the heavy cream and mix again until creamy and smooth.
Step 7
7-once the cinnamon rolls come out of the oven let them cool down for about 10 minutes then add the cream cheese frosting on top and enjoy!!
