This is an easy upside down fruit tart. I'm using peaches but you can use any seasonal fruit. It works well with pears and apples.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Step 2
Start with the crust by kneading the flour, the butter and the salt on a chopping board. It will be very crumbly, but keep kneading. Add ½ of the water and keep kneading together, keep adding water in order to have a lump free ball of dough. It could require a little less or a little more than 1 cup of water.
Step 3
Peel and slice the peaches in long thin slices. Grease the pan with the butter and add the sugar on it. Distribute it evenly so that the entire surface is covered. Add the peaches on top of the sugar, making multiple layers, to make sure the entire surface is covered in peaches.
Step 4
Dust the surface of the chopping board with flour. Roll the dough with a rolling pin on the flour dusted board, making it approximately 1/4in thick and round with a 9in diameter, so that it fits the cake pan.
Step 5
Put the crust on top of the peaches, making sure it covers the entire surface. Make some holes all over the crust with a fork.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Remove from the oven, place a plate on top of the cake so that you can flip it on it. Flip it and enjoy!
