Instructions
Step 1
Cut each dough in half. Shape each half into 3 inch long mini hot dog buns.
Step 2
Cover with greased plastic wrap on greased baking sheeet.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 4
Let dough rise for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Bake mini buns for 12-15 mins.
Step 6
In baking pan, toss bread crumbs with onion, oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 7
Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes, stir once.
Step 8
Cook mac and cheese and hot dogs according to package instructions
Step 9
Cut hot dogs in half and split buns. Fill with hot dog and mac and cheese and sprinkle with toasted crumbs.
