Instructions
Step 1
In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, jalapeño (if using), yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro, basil, cumin, a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of water. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed, to thin the sauce. Taste and add more salt as needed.
Step 2
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
