Instructions

Step 1
Add all dry ingredients to a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly, add the eggs and lightly mix again.
Step 2
Gently melt the butter in a pan/microwave, ensuring it doesn’t brown.
Step 3
Once the butter has cooled enough (so the eggs don’t start to cook), add the butter to the mixture.
Step 4
Mix all the ingredients into a smooth thick batter.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into large silicone hamburger moulds or greased ramekins. Ensure the mixture has fully settled, then add a sprinkle of sesame seeds to the top.
Step 6
Cook in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Allow to cool before removing from the moulds.
