Instructions
Step 1
Mix the crushed graham crackers and butter together and line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan, pack firmly and chill.
Step 2
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool until slightly thickened.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice with mixer until smooth.
Step 4
Add thickened Jell-O and beat well.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, whisk the Carnation milk until fluffy.
Step 6
Add cream cheese/Jell-O mixture into the fluffy Carnation milk mixture, and beat well with mixer.
Step 7
Pour filling over the crushed graham cracker lined pan and lightly top with 2/3 cup crushed graham crackers.
Step 8
Sit on a level surface in fridge and chill overnight.
