We made one big one rather than smaller individual ones. It was delicious. I thought the ginger would be over powering but it wasn’t. Balanced perfectly

Special occasion

Made these for a Christmas gathering. I did several mini parfaits as a desert option. I used Graham cracker crumbs instead of gingersnaps. Delicious!
