Air Fryer Gooey Brownie Pot

A great recipe to make if you're feeling like something sweet, without the guilt of making a large amount.

Step 1

In a large bowl, add your dark chocolate and pour your melted butter on top. Begin stirring until incorporated evenly. If the warm butter doesn't melt the chocolate, place the bowl in the microwave for 10 secs or air fryer for 10-20secs at 350 Degrees.

Step 2

Add Sugar and mix well.

Step 3

Add Egg and Flour. Mix well.

Step 4

Pour the brownie mixture into a ramekin dish. I used a 7-inch Ramekin, however, this recipe will work for 2 - 3-inch Ramekins.

Step 5

Top brownie mixture with chopped chocolate pieces

Step 6

Air fry brownie pot at 320 Degrees for 17-20min. Depending on your air fryer strength it may have to cook a couple more minutes.

Step 7

After cooking, let it cool for 5min. Top with your favorite ice cream and enjoy!
