Instructions
Step 1
Boil whole sweet potatoes for 25-30 min
Step 2
Once soft remove to ice water and remove skin
Step 3
Place in casserole dish and mash
Step 4
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon with potatoes and mix very well
Step 5
Place a layer of pecans then a layer of marshmello then place in oven
Step 6
Bake at 325 °F until brown on top
