Instructions

Step 1
Preheat Pan: Place an 8"–12" pan on medium heat.
Step 2
Mix Ingredients: Combine all the ingredients well, except for the olive oil.
Step 3
Add Olive Oil: Spray or add about 1 tsp of olive oil to the pan.
Step 4
Pour Mixture: Pour 1/4 to 1/3 cup of the mixture into the pan.
Step 5
Spread Mixture: Quickly spread the mixture to cover the surface of the pan.
Step 6
Cook First Side: Cook until the bottom is no longer sticky and has some color (about 1 to 1.5 minutes).
Step 7
Spray Top with Olive Oil: Lightly spray or drizzle olive oil on the top.
Step 8
Flip and Cook: Turn over and cook the second side for slightly less time than the first.
Step 9
Repeat!
