Low Cholesterol Matzo-meal Pancakes
You can get Syrup for Passover, or sprinkle cinnamon sugar or spread with
preserves. As I read this recipe while typing, I would suggest the

Stir the matzo meal; sugar and salt together. Beat in the eg whites and
