Instructions
Step 1
Prepare chicken wings to deep fry. Heat up fryer.
Step 2
In a large bowl place 3 pats of butter in the bottom. Pour Frank's Red Hot sauce over the butter.
Step 3
Coat the top of the sauce with garlic powder until the top is white. Do not stir.
Step 4
Coat the top of the garlic powder with ground Cayenne pepper until it is red again. Do not stir
Step 5
Fry chicken wings in batches until fully cooked and starting to brown.
Step 6
As each batch finishes, place the hot chicken wings into the bowl and mix to coat the wings. Drain off excess sauce and serve.
