Cesar sauce is one of the most perfect flavours in the world in my humble opinion. It really has it all.
Make in 5 minutes and use all week in wraps, salads and even as a sauce for meats, fish etc. A little goes a long way.

Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients except the mayo and parmesan
Step 2
Whisk in the mayo until smooth
Step 3
Mix through the parmesan
Step 4
Adjust to your liking. Try putting a small amount in a small bowl and adding more anchovy or more lemon juice etc to see if it tastes better. You'll know when you hit the sweet spot :)
