Instructions
Step 1
Add oat flour, maple syrup, oil and vanilla to a medium bowl.
Step 2
Using a spoon, stir until thickened and well incorporated. Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
Step 3
Line a small or medium baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper. Set aside.
Step 4
Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, scoop and drop balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Allow to firm up for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
