Ingredients

8 ouncewhipped cream cheese
¼ cupmayonnaise
¼ cupsour cream
1 cupgrated pepper jack cheese
1 cupgrated sharp cheddar cheese
¼ cuponion
minced, or scallions
1garlic clove
minced
1 tablespoonworcestershire sauce
1 tablespoonhot sauce
⅛ teaspooncayenne pepper
for extra spice
1 tablespoonlemon juice
½ teaspoonkosher salt
½ teaspoonfreshly ground pepper
1 poundlump crab meat

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2
2. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream with a hand mixer until smooth.
Step 3
3. Stir in the pepper jack, cheddar, onion, garlic, worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt and pepper until thoroughly combined.
Step 4
4. Fold in the crab and transfer to a small baking dish.
Step 5
5. Top with more cheddar and pepper jack cheese and sprinkle parpika on top.
Step 6
5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
Step 7
6. Serve hot with toasted cocktail sourdough bread or pita bread crackers.
