Grilled/smoked wings with garlicky Anchor bar style sauce. Best on an indirect heat style grill such as pellet grill, side smoker, etc. I prefer to smoke with hickory.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat grill to 350 F
Step 2
Separate drumette from flat, coat in vegetable oil, and Tony Chacherie Creole seasoning
Step 3
Grill/smoke at 350 for total 1 hour, flipping once at 30 minutes.
Step 4
Spin in sauce of your choice. Serve and enjoy.

For the sauce

In a small saucepan, on low heat, melt the butter and mix in the Frank's Hot Sauce, red pepper, black pepper, garlic, and worcestershire. Heat through, but do not boil.
