Disney style Chocolate chip cookies

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°. Sift almond flour into a bowl. Add baking soda and salt. Mix dry ingredients together
Step 2
Add butter brown and powdered monk fruit to dry ingredients and cream together for 3 to 5 minutes making sure to scrape edge of bowl with spatula
Step 3
Add egg and mix well. Next add vanilla extract and mix
Step 4
Add one half dry ingredients into wet mixture with spatula. Once mixed add rest of dry ingredients and mix
Step 5
Mixed chocolate chips and pecans then refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
Step 6
Use cookie scoop to form 12 cookies. Do not crowd cookies on cookie sheet. Bake for 3 minutes then take out of oven and flatten top of cookie with a spoon and bake for another five to seven minutes.
Step 7
Cookies will be extremely soft when they come out of the oven so very important to let it cool for 30 minutes before eating
