1 tblsolive oil
2cloves garlic

0.5 lbground beef
1can kidney beans
1can pinto beans
8 oztomato sauce
2 tblstomato paste
2 tblsapple cider vinegar
2 Tblsbrown sugar
2 tblsmolasses
0.5 tblsDijon mustard
1 tspworcestershire
1 tspsmoked paprika
¼ tspgarlic powder
¼ tsponion powder
⅛ tspcayenne pepper
pepper

salt
to taste

4 ozshredded cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Add the oil & minced garlic to a skillet. Saute the garlic for one minute over medium heat. Add the ground beef & continue to saute until cooked. Drain excess fat content from beef.
Step 2
Rinse the two cans of beans, drain well. Add beans to skillet with ground beef.
Step 3
Add ingredients for the Homemade BBQ Sauce to the skillet.
Step 4
Stir & cook the mixture until the sauce ingredients are combined & created a thick sauce. Bring sauce to a simmer & cook for 5 mins, stirring often. Taste sauce.
Step 5
To serve, place 1 c cooked rice in each bowl, top with BBQ beef & beans & shredded cheese.
