Step 1
1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium, stirring often until crisp, 10-15 minutes. Drain on a paper towel lined plate

2. Preheat grill to medium high, about 450 degrees
Step 3
3. Spray cut sides of cabbage with cooking spray. Grill uncovered until charred and tender, two to three minutes per side
Step 4
4. Transfer to a cutting board and coarsely chop. Transfer to a large bowl and add bacon, tomatoes and scallions
Step 5
5. Stir together blue cheese, Mayo, oil, vinegar, pepper and salt in a small bowl
Step 6
6. Drizzle over cabbage mixture and toss to coat. serve immediately
