Just trust me on the dry mustard. Make them smaller for a party snack, but they will cook faster. Perfect for breakfast. If you don't have a dough hook, mix with clean hands, but let the sausage come up to room temp first to make it easier.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Spray one very large or two smaller baking sheets with cooking spray.
Step 2
In a stand mixer with a dough hook, add all ingredients except milk.
Step 3
Turn mixer on low.
Step 4
Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, just until dough comes together. Dough should not be wet. (Usually no more than 1/4 cup of milk, depending on humidity.)
Step 5
Using a #30 food disher (1 oz), scoop onto the baking sheet. Make sure they're spaced out a bit from each other.
Step 6
Bake until brown and cooked through, 20-24 minutes.
