Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, place a wet kitchen towel in the center of the bowl. The towel should be in a circle.
Step 2
Place the mini watermelon in the center of the circle and remove the top of the watermelon.
Step 3
Using a hand blender, juice the mini watermelon and set the juice to the side.
Step 4
In a high power blender, place frozen watermelon, simple syrup, lime juice and Malibu watermelon rum and blend until well combined. Add additional watermelon juice if you want to thin out the slushie.

Pour slushie into hollowed out watermelon and garnish with sour watermelon candy. Enjoy!
