Sweet Baby Pepper Skewers
Even my veggie hating kids go nuts for these peppers. They are so good solo right off the skewer poolside but also are great on sandwiches and in salads! The perfect peppery, smoked refreshing crunch is here! Go give this a try!!

Instructions
Step 1
1.) Clean and de-seed each pepper. I used one whole bag of baby peppers. Pro-tip I’ve found the easiest way is to cut off the top of each pepper and then using a metal or hard plastic tsp or even a baby feeding spoon scoop out the insides. I like to fill a bowl with water and drop each pepper in to soak as I’m cleaning them up.
Step 2
2.) Wash peppers throughly and then transfer to a Ziploc bag or bowl for marinading. Lightly dry them using a paper towel before placing them in the bag.
Step 3
3.) Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp of Hot honey, 1 tbsp of McCormicks steak seasoning, and 2 tsp of garlic powder to the bag right on top of your peppers.
Step 4
4.) Release as much air as possible inside the bag and close it up. Mix up the bag making sure that your peppers are fully coated in the mixture.
Step 5
5.) Allow to marinade for at least 30 min. 2-3 hrs max. You don’t want your peppers to become soggy from the marinade.
Step 6
6.) After marinading it’s time to skewer them up. I put 7-8 peppers on each bamboo skewer. Also I recommended soaking your bamboo or wooden skewers in water for 30 min prior to putting the peppers on them. This will prevent them from burning over the grill.
Step 7
7.) Grill over medium heat about 3-4 min on each side or until they get the char and consistency you like.
