From the How To Drink YouTube channel. Even after filtering this will require shaking before use to mix the pumpkin puree back into suspension. Keeps for a week or two in the fridge, but is not shelf stable.
This will NOT replicate a Sbux PSL; it's not sweet enough. This is more in line with the flavor of a pumpkin pie.

Step 1
Add all ingredients to a pot and bring nearly to a simmer over medium to medium low heat until sugar dissolves and then hold temperature for about 10 minutes to let the spices steep.
Step 2
Run the syrup through a fine filter or nutmilk bag and bottle.
