Step 1
Peal and eye the potatos. Cut each potato equal size

Cover in water and simmer till tender. Add garlic

Drain well. Let potato steam dry in strainer

Mash potatos with masher or food processor

Stir in butter and heavy cream
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Top with parsley and enjoy
