Instructions

Step 1
Mix together butter, sugar and biscuit crumbs

Spoon into 20cm cake tin
Step 3
Best together the icing sugar and cream cheese, in a separate bowl whip the double cream until it forms soft peaks then fold into icing sugar and cream cheese.
Step 4
Spread over the biscuit base then leave to set in the fridge for 1 hour
