Instructions

Step 1
Crushed Digestive Biscuits & add melted butter. Press in mould and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
In a stand mixer, smooth cream cheese for few seconds. Add double cream and whip. Whisk in condensed milk.
Step 3
Pour in biscuit base and refrigerate for 2 hour.
Step 4
Add sliced strawberries layer on top and make a flower design.
Step 5
Made jelly according to packaging instructions (I used 1 strawberry jelly packet and 400 ml water).Cover full or desired height. I left top part of strawberries for presentation.
Step 6
Refrigerate overnight. And freeze for 2 hours before serving And serve.
