Snap Pea and Radish Sauté

Ingredients

0.75 poundsugar snap peas
0.5 poundfresh red radishes

2 tablespoonsbutter

½ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonsugar
Instructions
Step 1
Trim the tips from the sugar snap peas and remove the fibrous string that runs along the top of the pod. Trim the radishes and cut into 1/8-inch thick slices
Step 2
Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the snap peas and sauté for about 1 minute. Add the radishes and continue cooking until they begin to turn translucent, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and sugar, toss to combine and serve.
