Rice?
Sometimes your recipes call for minute rice. I was glad to see this was regular rice. Does it work to swap regular rice for the minute rice in your other recipes?

I think it most cases, yes it should work. In other recipes - it's just that many people are short on time or just uncertain how to cook rice.
