Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet over medium high heat begin heating your oil

While your oil heats, slice your sausage and chop your peppers and onion
Step 3
Add peppers, onion and sausage to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the sausage has some color

Once cooked, season and add tomato paste

Mix well then add in rice and broth

Mix so the rice is submerged in the broth

Bring to a simmer
Step 8
Once simmering, turn the heat to medium low, and cover

Cook for 20 minutes
Step 10
Once done, uncover and stir
Step 11
Serve with fresh parsley flakes and sour cream
