At the beginning of the recipe, you can adjust the amount of portions (servings) and measurement units you need. 1 serving has about 50 grams of meat, so by the amount of the other ingredients, I assume it has about 70-100gr per serving.

Certainly the recipe and ingredient quantities would indicate this is for four servings but you can change the quantities to suit the numbers being served
